PM YASASVI (Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India) supports meritorious students from OBC, EBC and DNT categories for quality school education in top schools.

Eligibility

Students of OBC, EBC and DNT categories studying in Class 9 and Class 11 in recognised schools, with family income up to ₹2.5 lakh per annum. Selected through the YASASVI Entrance Test (YET).

How to Apply for the PM YASASVI Scholarship

1. Register on the YASASVI portal / NSP
2. Fill personal, category and income details
3. Upload documents and choose a test city
4. Appear for the YASASVI Entrance Test (YET)
5. Complete verification if selected

Selection Process

Merit list is prepared on the basis of the YASASVI Entrance Test conducted by NTA, followed by document verification and school allotment.

Renewal Criteria

Continued every year subject to satisfactory academic performance and promotion to the next class.
